Bramble Vine Comics

Almost every day on my lunch break I head over to a specific Starbucks near my office to draw. I actually get a lot of work done there. One of the guys that works there asked if I had anything they could put up on the wall, so I brought in this series of sketches I have. These are part of a larger collection and were done in various coffee shops throughout Philadelphia about 12 years ago. I took an ink brush and watercolor sketchbook into the shops and tried to use a few brief strokes to capture the likeness of the people I saw. The coffee theme was perfect for this setting. Now my work is up for all the Starbucks drinkers to see.
